What comes in the box with my Apollo Scooter?
When you purchase an Apollo Scooter, you generally receive:
- A charger
- A basic allen/hex key set
- An instructions manual
Important: Toolkit Availability
As of late 2025, Apollo Scooters no longer includes a full toolkit with new scooters. Depending on when your scooter was manufactured and shipped, you may still receive a toolkit with your order, but this is not guaranteed. The inclusion depends on production timing and inventory—older stock produced before the discontinuation may still ship with a toolkit, while newer units will only include the hex key set. You can always purchase the toolkit separately.
Why We Made This Change
We've simplified what comes with each scooter to focus on essentials. The included hex key set handles basic needs, but for more comprehensive maintenance and repairs, we recommend investing in your own tools.

The instructions manual provides basic information about your scooter.
