Warranty Process for Certified ShopsUpdated 2 hours ago
This page explains what Apollo provides specifically when repairs are done at an Apollo Certified Partner shop, plus how the partner shop’s own guarantee works.
What Apollo provides for repairs done by a Certified Shop
- Certified Shops are authorized to perform warranty repairs and submit warranty claims on behalf of customers.
 - If Apollo approves a warranty claim for a repair carried out at a Certified Shop, Apollo covers the approved replacement components per the official Warranty Policy.
 - Certified Shops use official Apollo parts and follow Apollo’s repair procedures; Apollo retains final authority to confirm whether a defect is covered under the Limited Warranty.
 - Apollo supports remote diagnosis (video/triage) and will guide next steps — the shop can coordinate claim submission and follow up with Apollo’s servicing team.
 - If Apollo requires additional inspection at an Apollo Repair Centre, Apollo will advise the shop and customer on next steps according to the official Warranty Policy.

For full, authoritative warranty procedures and terms, refer to Apollo’s Warranty Policy.
What our Certified Partner shop provides
- The partner shop stands behind the repairs they perform. If an issue arises that is related to the shop’s repair work, the shop will:
- Re-diagnose the scooter at no additional diagnostic charge for issues clearly connected to their original job (subject to shop terms).
 - Coordinate directly with Apollo’s servicing / claims team as needed to resolve warranty-related component issues.
 - Manage any follow-up work promptly to restore your scooter to working order.

 - If Apollo approves a warranty for a covered component, the shop and Apollo will coordinate parts and next steps so you receive the correct replacement and repair path.
 - If an issue is out-of-warranty or unrelated to the shop’s work, the partner shop will provide an estimate and options before performing any additional work.

How this works in practice (quick steps)
- Book at the Certified Shop and bring proof of purchase.
 - The shop diagnoses the issue and, if required, submits a warranty claim to Apollo.
 - Apollo confirms coverage and authorizes approved parts/work, or requests further inspection.
 - The shop completes the repair using official parts; the partner shop will re-check and handle any shop-related follow-up directly with you.
 - If the partner shop’s work is implicated in a follow-up issue, the shop will re-diagnose and work with Apollo to resolve it.
