Apollo Lifetime Frame WarrantyUpdated 38 minutes ago

Apollo now offers a Lifetime Frame Warranty on select 2025+ scooter models. This warranty replaces the previous 10,000 km Frame Warranty and provides coverage for qualifying structural defects for the entire lifetime of the scooter.

This warranty applies to the original owner only and is specific to the frame, deck, and stem. It does not cover the full scooter.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Lifetime Frame Warranty, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The scooter was purchased on or after March 25, 2025
  • You are the original owner
  • The scooter was purchased directly from Apollo or an Authorized Repair Centre

Eligible Models

The Lifetime Frame Warranty applies to all 2026 Apollo models except the following:

  • Apollo Air
  • Apollo Phantom (V1, V2, V3, V4, V4X)
  • Apollo Pro

Important: Earlier versions of similarly named models are not eligible. For example, the Apollo City purchased before 2025 does not qualify. Always verify your model year and purchase date to confirm coverage.

What's Covered

The Lifetime Frame Warranty covers structural defects in materials or workmanship that affect the integrity of the scooter's frame structure.

Covered Components

  • Frame
  • Deck
  • Stem

Note: The kickstand is not covered under this warranty.

Examples of Covered Defects

  • Cracks in frame welds
  • Cracks in the deck or stem caused by material fatigue
  • Structural bending or deformation not caused by impact
  • Failure of weld points or joints
  • Separation of welded or bonded frame sections
  • Manufacturing defects that compromise structural integrity

Final coverage determination is made by Apollo Engineering on a case-by-case basis.

What's Not Covered

The following are excluded from the Lifetime Frame Warranty:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, rust)
  • Damage caused by crashes, impacts, curb strikes, or stunts
  • Bent components resulting from physical impact
  • Water damage, corrosion, misuse, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or aftermarket parts
  • Environmental damage or improper storage
  • Kickstand-related issues

Important: If impact damage is present on the scooter, the claim is not eligible — even if the frame is also compromised.

What Happens If Your Claim Is Approved

If Apollo approves your Lifetime Frame Warranty claim, here's what to expect:

  1. Apollo will first offer an open-box refurbished replacement scooter of equal or better condition.
  2. If no suitable refurbished unit is available, Apollo will provide a brand-new replacement unit at no cost for the unit itself.

All other shipping, labour, and policy terms follow the Apollo Limited Warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the same as the old 10,000 km Frame Warranty? No. The Lifetime Frame Warranty replaces the previous 10,000 km Frame Warranty for eligible 2026 models purchased on or after March 25, 2025. Coverage now applies for the lifetime of the scooter rather than a mileage limit.

Does this warranty cover my whole scooter? No. This is a frame-only warranty covering the frame, deck, and stem. It does not cover the full scooter or its components.

What if I bought my scooter before March 25, 2025? Scooters purchased before that date are not eligible for the Lifetime Frame Warranty. They may still be covered under the Apollo Limited Warranty depending on their purchase date.

I have an Apollo City — am I eligible? It depends on the model year. The 2026 Apollo City qualifies. Earlier versions (pre-2025) do not. Check your purchase date and model year to confirm.
