Apollo App UI Appears Zoomed or Doesn’t Fit on ScreenUpdated 10 hours ago
The Apollo App interface appears too large, elements are cut off, or screens don’t fit on the device display.
Example: Buttons are off-screen, text overflows, or you must scroll horizontally to see full content.
Symptoms
- App screens appear zoomed-in or oversized.
 - Text and buttons are cut off or overlap.
 - You need to scroll horizontally to view content.
 - Other apps may also appear large depending on system settings.
 - Issue persists after force-closing and reopening the app.

Causes
- System display resolution is set to a lower value than default (Android).
 - System Display Size/Screen Zoom is increased (Android).
 - System Font Size/Text Size is increased (Android and iOS).
 - Accessibility features like Bold Text, Larger Accessibility Sizes, or Display Zoom are enabled (iOS).
 - Tablet-specific display scaling causing non-optimized layout.

Solution
The issue is typically caused by enlarged system display or text scaling and not by the app itself.
- Reduce system Display Size/Screen Zoom (Android).
 - Reset Display resolution to default/native (Android devices that support resolution changes).
 - Reduce system Font Size/Text Size (Android and iOS).
 - Disable iOS Display Zoom or Larger Accessibility Sizes if enabled.
 - Restart the app, then the device if needed.

Troubleshooting Steps
- On Android: Settings > Display > Display size or Screen zoom, set to Default/Standard.
 - On Android: Settings > Display > Font size, set to Default/Normal.
 - On Android (if available): Settings > Display > Screen resolution, set to the native/default resolution.
 - On iOS: Settings > Display & Brightness > Display Zoom, choose Standard; Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size, reduce slider.
 - On iOS: Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Larger Text, disable Larger Accessibility Sizes or reduce size.
 - Restart the Apollo App; if still oversized, restart the device and recheck settings.
