How do I mark my scooter as stolen?

You can mark your scooter as stolen in two ways:

    •    Through the app:

    ▪    Go to Settings > My Garage

    ▪    Tap and hold the three-dot icon

    ▪    Select "Mark as stolen" from the menu

    •    Contact our A-Team who can mark it as stolen through the scooter dashboard

What should I do after marking my scooter as stolen?

File a police report with the following information:

    •    Detailed description of the scooter

    •    Photos

    •    Serial number

What happens after the scooter is marked as stolen?

When the scooter is marked as stolen in the system:

    •    If anyone tries to connect to it, the scooter automatically goes into park mode

    •    Speed will be limited to 0

    •    The scooter becomes unusable

    •    You will receive a notification with:

    ▪    The other person's email

    ▪    Last known location

What information can I share with authorities?

You can share the following details with law enforcement:

    •    The email address of anyone attempting to connect

    •    The scooter's last known location
