  2. Ensure your scooter is connected to the app.


Understanding Warranty Start Dates

Your warranty begins based on where you purchased your scooter:

  1. Direct Purchase: If you bought the scooter directly from us, the warranty starts from the day it was delivered.
  2. Distributor Purchase: If you bought the scooter from a distributor, the warranty starts from the day of purchase.

💡 Tip: Registration is usually automatic if you purchased directly from us, or when you first connect your scooter to the app.


How to Verify Your Warranty in the App

Follow these steps to check your warranty status:

  1. Open the Apollo App
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select My Scooters.
  4. Tap on your scooter from the list.
  5. Tap on Warranty to view your warranty details.


Verification

  • You should see your scooter’s warranty information displayed in the app.
  • Confirm that the warranty start date matches your delivery or purchase date, depending on where you bought your scooter.


Troubleshooting

Issue: Warranty Start Date Is Incorrect

Solution: If the warranty start date does not match your delivery or purchase date, contact our support team with your proof of purchase.
