Scooter Button Guide: Functions & Hidden Sequences

Air 2022

  • Press power button (1x): Cycle through speed modes
  • Press power button (2x): Turn on/off headlight + tail light
  • Press power button (3x): Enable/disable cruise control
  • Press power button (5x): Lock/unlock scooter
  • Press power button (8x): P settings, don't know what setting is what
  • Upon powering on the scooter, press power button (9x): Resets the controller. Not to be shared with customers
  • Upon powering on the scooter, press power button (10x): Motor calibration - Scooter wheels will spin, scooter must be in air. This is to be done when installing a new motor/controller, can be used to diagnose motor errors
  • Hold brake handle + hold power button on start up: Scooter will display F1 code, then beep. This resets the pin code to default code, usually 888888 or 000000. Not to be shared with customers

Air 2023/2024

  • Press power button (2x): Cycle through speed modes
  • Press power button (5x): Lock/unlock scooter

  • Press M button (2x): Cycle between Odometer and Trip mileage

Note that this includes City 2022 with a City 2023 upgraded handlebar assembly.

Phantom V3/V4/V4X

  • Press power button (1x): Cycle through speed modes 1,2 and 3
  • Press power button (2x): Turn on/off headlight + tail light
  • Press power button (3x): Enable Ludo mode
  • Press power button (4x): Enable/disable cruise control
  • Press power button (5x): Lock scooter, to unlock, use app
  • Press M button: Cycles through ride time, trip/odometer mileage, battery voltage and battery percentage
  • Upon powering on the scooter, press power button (9x): Resets the controller. Not to be shared with customers
  • Upon powering on the scooter, press power button (10x): Motor calibration - Scooter must be in air. Scooter wheels will spin, screen will display E3 code. This is to be done when installing a new motor/controller, can be used to diagnose motor errors

Pro (BETA)

  • Press power button (1x): Turn on/off headlight
  • Press power button (2x): Cycle through speed modes 1, 2, 3 and Ludo
  • Press power button (3x): Display battery level on stem
  • Press power button (5x): Lock scooter. To unlock, use app
  • Press mode button (1x): Bell
  • Upon powering on the scooter, press power button (10x): Motor calibration - Scooter wheels will spin, scooter must be in air. This is to be done when installing a new motor/controller, can be used to diagnose motor errors

Pro 2024

  • Press power button (1x): Turn on/off headlight
  • Press power button (2x): Cycle through speed modes 1, 2 and 3
  • Press power button (3x): Enable Ludo mode
  • Press power button (5x): Lock scooter. To unlock, use app
  • Press mode button (1x): Bell

Go 2024

  • Press power button (1x): Cycle through speed modes 1,2 and 3
  • Press power button (5x): Lock scooter. To unlock, use app
  • Press mode button (1x): Turn on/off headlight
  • Press mode button (2x): Turn on/off ambient lights
  • Press power button (3x): Enable Ludo mode
  • Upon powering on the scooter, press power button (10x): Motor calibration - Scooter wheels will spin, scooter must be in air. This is to be done when installing a new motor/controller, can be used to diagnose motor errors
  • Note: a firmware update may be necessary for the GO to be able to activate LUDO mode

City 2025 and Phantom 2.0

  • Press power button (1x): Cycle through speed modes 1,2 and 3
  • Press power button (3x): Enable Ludo mode
  • Press mode button (1x): Turn on/off headlight
  • Press mode button (2x): Turn on/off ambient lights
  • Press mode button (5x): Turn on Apple Find My
