Scooter Box Retention and Shipping GuidelinesUpdated 2 days ago

This article explains the importance of keeping your scooter's original packaging and provides essential shipping instructions for warranty service.

Original Packaging Requirements

Your scooter arrives in a cardboard box with styrofoam inserts, sometimes double-boxed. Retain this packaging throughout the warranty period to facilitate potential warranty repairs.

📝 Note: Since March 2021, all boxes include a "Keep this box" label.

❗ Important: Warranty coverage will not apply to shipping damage resulting from improper packaging.
