If you're expecting a refund or exchange for your Apollo scooter or item, our team must first receive and inspect the returned product before proceeding. This ensures the item meets our return conditions and determines the next steps.
Why We Wait for Receipt and Inspection
Our policy requires physical verification of the returned scooter to confirm it's unused and undamaged.
Inspection by our quality control team checks for signs of use, damage, or tampering that could affect eligibility.
Only after approval can we process refunds (minus applicable fees) or ship exchanges.
What Happens During Inspection
- Team verifies the scooter is in brand-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Any evidence of riding, modifications, or damage disqualifies the return; you'll cover return shipping and repair costs if applicable.
- For exchanges, we prepare and ship your replacement once approved—no restocking or shipping fees beyond the 3% payment processing fee.
Next Steps After Approval
For Refunds:
Fees deducted (3% processing + $50 restocking + return shipping, if applicable), then credited to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
For Exchanges:
You pay only the 3% processing fee; we cover return shipping and new scooter shipping.
