Understanding Apollo’s Price Guarantee
Apollo’s Price Guarantee ensures that customers receive the best available pricing within clearly defined circumstances. Eligibility depends on your order status at the time a new offer is launched.
Price adjustments may be available for:
- Recently delivered orders
- Orders currently in transit
- Active pre-orders
- In-stock orders that have not yet shipped
For a price adjustment to apply, the lower-priced offer must be for the same product and the same fulfillment type (for example, in-stock versus pre-order).
What if my scooter was recently delivered?
If a new promotion is announced within 48 hours of your order being delivered, you may request a price adjustment.
To qualify:
- The promotion must have launched within 48 hours of delivery.
- Your request must be submitted within 5 business days of the promotion beginning.
If either of these conditions is not met, the order is no longer eligible for a price adjustment.
What if my order is in transit?
If your order is already in transit when a new promotion begins, you may qualify for a price adjustment.
To qualify:
- The promotion must be active while your order is still in transit.
- Your request must be submitted within 5 business days of the promotion beginning.
Requests submitted after this period or after the promotion has ended are not eligible.
How does the policy work for pre-orders?
If your order is currently a pre-order, you are eligible for any live pricing or promotion available for that same pre-order offering.
Example:
- If you purchased a scooter on pre-order for $1,099, and the same pre-order is later offered for $999, you may request a $100 price adjustment.
- If the promotion changes from a price reduction to a bundle offer, you may choose to pay the difference to receive the upgraded offer where applicable.
- Once a pre-order begins fulfillment, eligibility is determined under the In Transit or Recently Delivered sections above.
Please note: Pre-order pricing is considered a separate promotional offering from in-stock inventory. Price adjustments do not apply between different fulfillment types.
What if my in-stock order hasn’t shipped?
- If you purchased an in-stock scooter and your order has not yet shipped, we will honor any lower live price available for the same in-stock product.
- If the product later transitions to pre-order, any promotional pricing associated with the pre-order does not apply to previously purchased or fulfilled in-stock orders.
Important Policy Notes
- Price adjustments apply only to the same product under the same fulfillment type (in-stock or pre-order).
- Apollo does not combine or stack promotions.
- If you already used a discount code, only the additional price difference will be reimbursed.
Example:
If a scooter was originally $1,500, you applied a $100 discount code and paid $1,400, and the scooter later goes on sale for $1,350, you would receive a $50 price adjustment.
- Apollo does not honor expired promotions.
- Promotions are offered at Apollo’s sole discretion.
- Future promotions, pricing changes, inventory availability, and launch dates are subject to change without notice and are not disclosed in advance.
Frequently Asked Question
I bought an in-stock scooter, but now it’s on pre-order at a lower price. Am I eligible?
No,
- In-stock purchases and pre-orders are considered different fulfillment offerings.
- In-stock pricing reflects immediate availability, while pre-order pricing may include promotional incentives for customers who are willing to wait for future inventory.
- Because these are different fulfillment types, pre-order pricing is not eligible for retroactive price adjustments on previously fulfilled or shipped in-stock orders.
