Understanding Apollo's Price Guarantee Policy
Apollo's Price Guarantee policy varies based on the scooter's status and purchase timing. The policy covers delivered orders, in-transit orders, pre-orders, and unfulfilled in-stock orders.
What if my scooter was recently delivered?
- If an offer is announced within 48hrs of an order being delivered, customers will have 5 business days from the beginning of the sale to redeem the offer
- If customers reach out past this time frame or the sale has ended (which ever comes first), we will not be able to honour the sale
What if my order is in-transit?
- If a customer's order is in-transit when the offer is launched on the website, customers will have 5 business days from the beginning of the sale to redeem the offer
- If customers reach out past this time frame or the sale has ended (which ever comes first), we will not be able to honour the sale
How does the policy work for pre-orders?
- If the order is a pre-order and the offer is live and on the website, customers are able to redeem the offer available
- Example: If you purchased a scooter at $1,099 and there's a new sales price at $999 for the exact same product, you can redeem the $100 difference
- If there's a different offer, for example the same scooter at $1,149 but a free accessory or bundle, you're entitled to pay the extra $50 to obtain the bundle
- If the product goes off pre-order during the sale and begins fulfillment, please refer to the in-transit and delivered outcomes
What about in-stock orders that haven't shipped?
- If the offer is live and on the website at the time of request, but the in-stock order has yet to be shipped, we will honour the sale
Important Policy Notes
- Apollo will not combine or stack promotions; however, we will honour the difference in price given the scenarios/timelines above
- Example: if a customer purchased a scooter at $1,500, used a $100 discount (paid a total of $1,400), and there's a new sale price at $1,350 for the exact same scooter, we will only reimburse $50
- Apollo will not honour expired sales
- Sales are fully under the discretion of Apollo, and the exact dates or information regarding future sales do not need to be disclosed by Apollo in advance
