How to Reset Apple Find My on Your Apollo ScooterUpdated 2 hours ago
This article walks you through resetting the Apple Find My module on your Apollo scooter and re-linking it to your Apple device.
Step 1 — Reset Find My
- Press the MODE button 5 times in sequence, pressing once every second.
- The headlight may turn off and on during this process — that's normal.
- On the 6th press, hold the button for 6 seconds to complete the reset.
Note: The current firmware does not provide a confirmation signal when the reset is successful. If it doesn't work on the first attempt, repeat the sequence.
Step 2 — Re-Link Find My to Your Device
- Press and hold the MODE button for 2 seconds to activate FindMy.
- A FindMy pairing pop-up should appear on your Apple device.
- In the Apple FindMy app, select "Other Item" to see the pairing prompt.
Important Things to Know
Transferring your scooter to a new owner? If your scooter is currently linked to your Apple account, you must unlink it before the transfer. Performing a reset allows the new owner to pair it to their device.
Unstable internet connection? If your internet was unstable during unlinking, the app may show the scooter as unlinked — but it may still be paired on the scooter side. If that happens, run the manual reset above to fully clear it.
