1. Remove the screw near the motor using a small Allen key.
2. Use a flathead tool to pry and pop open the part of the motor that was being held by the screw.
3. Remove this section to gain access to the underlying parts.
4. Remove the other corresponding piece.
5. Gain access to the area and rotate the motor so the wire faces down. The rotation was likely caused by a loose screw.
6. Tighten the nut back in place on the side you were working on.
7. Repeat the process on the other side. This should fix the issue.
