How to Factory Reset Your Scooter Settings via the App

Factory Resetting Your Scooter

Follow these steps to reset your scooter to its factory settings using the app:

    1.    Open the app and go to Settings.

    2.    Tap on My Scooters.

    3.    Select your scooter from the list.

    4.    Tap on Restore Factory Settings.

    5.    Enter your scooter's PIN.

1. Note: If biometric authentication is enabled, the app will prompt you for Face ID or Finger ID instead.

    6.    Tap the Proceed button to confirm.

    7.    Wait while the app completes the factory reset process.

    8.    You will see a confirmation when the process is complete.

💡 Tip: If you need to reset multiple scooters, repeat these steps for each scooter individually.
