How to Delete Your Mobile App Account

Overview

This guide walks you through the process of deleting your Apollo Scooters mobile app account.

⚠️ Important: This process is ONLY for the mobile app account. If you need to delete your website account (used for online shopping or website access), you must manage that separately through the Apollo Scooters website.

Prerequisites

• Active Apollo Scooters mobile app account
• Access to the email associated with your app account
• Latest version of the Apollo Scooters mobile app installed

Steps

1. Login to your mobile app account
2. Click on the settings icon in the Dashboard
3. Navigate to Personal Information
4. Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete your account"
5. Enter your email and password for verification
6. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email
7. Click "Delete my account" to confirm

What Happens Next

⚠️ Important:

• Once deleted, your mobile app account data will be permanently removed within 30 days
• This deletion does NOT affect your separate website account
• If you need to delete your website account, please visit the Apollo Scooters website and manage your account settings there
