Learn how to pair your Apollo scooter with the Apollo App for access to smart features, customization, and enhanced riding experience.

Instructions:
Download the Apollo App
Locate the QR code sticker on your scooter’s display or inside your scooter’s manual.
Scan the QR code to go directly to the app download page.
The Apollo App is available on both iOS and Android.
Open the App & Enable Permissions
Launch the Apollo App on your device.
Allow location services and Bluetooth when prompted for the best experience.
Prepare Your Scooter
Power on your scooter by pressing the power button.
Add and Pair Your Scooter
In the app, tap “OK, I’m ready.” The app will search for nearby scooters.
Stay next to your scooter during this process to maintain a stable Bluetooth connection.
Once your scooter is found, select it and confirm the connection.
Wait for the "Connection Successful" notification.
Complete Initial Setup
Tap “Continue” to run an automatic scooter health check (motors, battery, brakes, display).
Name your scooter (anything you prefer, but keep it respectful).
Set a six-digit PIN for added security.
Perform a Visual Inspection
The app will prompt you for a quick safety check:
Look over tires, frame, stem, suspension, brakes, and display.
If anything seems off, connect to Apollo’s support via the app for help.
Finish Setup and Review Safety
Watch the brief safety video (required and cannot be skipped).
After the video, you’ll see basic operating instructions for your scooter.
Access Features:
Your scooter will now appear in “My Garage.”
Explore settings for ride modes, top speed, cruise control, lock/unlock functions, and more.
Troubleshooting Tips:
If you lose connection during pairing, simply restart the process and stay close to your scooter.
For technical issues or connection failures, use the support link within the app for quick assistance.
