What causes squeaking in new Go scooters?

Some of our Go customers may contact us regarding squeaking in the suspension when they first unbox their scooters.

Is this a defect?

It's important to note that this is not a defect. During shipping, the lubricant can dry out as the scooter remains in a container or box for an extended period, which can result in these sounds.

How can I resolve the squeaking?

This issue can be resolved by applying white lithium grease.
