Apollo Go: Choosing Between 12-Month and 24-Month CoverageUpdated 2 hours ago

When you order your Apollo Go, you can now choose the coverage length that's right for you:

  • Apollo Go — 12-Month Coverage (our standard limited warranty)
  • Apollo Go — 24-Month Coverage (two full years of manufacturer's coverage built in from day one)

Both options include the exact same scooter and the exact same warranty terms and conditions. The only difference is how long you're covered.

How it works

At checkout, simply select the coverage length you'd like for your Apollo Go. There's nothing else to configure, no separate add-on to purchase later, and no additional steps after your order is placed. Your chosen coverage term is applied automatically from the date of purchase.

What's covered

Whichever option you choose, your Apollo Go is protected against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under our standard limited warranty terms. The 24-month option simply provides that same protection for a full two years from the date of delivery, giving you more peace of mind for the long run.

For full details on what's included, please refer to our Warranty Policy page.

Which one should I choose?

  • Choose 12 months if you want our standard coverage at our standard price.
  • Choose 24 months two full years of manufacturer's coverage built in from day one for an additional charge (seperate SKU)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade from 12 months to 24 months after I've already purchased my scooter?
Coverage length is selected at the time of purchase and reflects the option chosen when your order was placed. If you have questions about your specific order, please reach out to our support team.

Does this apply to all Apollo scooters?
Right now, these coverage options are available on the Apollo Go. We're evaluating expanding this to other models in the future.

Does the 24-month option cost extra?
Yes, the 24-month coverage option is priced slightly higher than the 12-month option to reflect the additional year of protection.

Is this the same as "extended warranty"?
This isn't an add-on or upgrade to an existing warranty; it's simply a choice between two coverage lengths available at the time of purchase, each with identical terms and conditions.

Note: This option applies only to Apollo Go.
