• Do you ship to Canada and the USA?

  • Yes, shipping is available to physical addresses in both Canada and the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). PO boxes are not eligible for delivery.

• Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

  • Unfortunately, Apollo does not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

• Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

  • Apollo scooters are available in Puerto Rico via Best Buy USA, but due to air shipping restrictions, batteries cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico. For battery replacement/service, contact support for alternate solutions.

• Do you ship to Europe or the UK?

  • Delivery options for Europe and the UK are available through selected resellers and partners. For up-to-date details, contact Apollo support directly or consult the local partner/reseller pages.

• Can I ship my package to my workplace or alternate address?

  • Yes, as long as the delivery address is a physical address eligible for shipping in your region. PO Boxes are excluded.

• Can I re-route a package to a courier facility/access point?

  • Contact the carrier directly or Apollo support for options. Changes initiated by the customer may void Ship+ protection, so proceed with caution.

• How does Apollo handle shipments to other international destinations?

  • Shipping to regions outside Canada/USA is handled on a case-by-case basis, often through authorized distributors or partners. Customers should verify eligibility and shipping costs directly with support or reseller.
