General Shipping FAQ
Where do you ship from?
Apollo Scooters ships from two main locations based on availability and customer address: Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada) and Kansas City (Kansas, USA). Delivery times vary depending on your region:
East Coast Provinces and States: 3-7 business days
Midwest Provinces and States: 3-7 business days
West Coast Provinces and States: 3-8 business days
What products qualify for shipping?
In-stock products are fulfilled within 24 business hours of receiving the order. Delivery typically arrives in 2-6 business days depending on location.
Open Box products ship within 48 business hours and take 3-7 business days for delivery.
Pre-orders will display an estimated delivery time at checkout. Pre-orders can be canceled any time before fulfillment starts, with a full refund issued.
Which shipping carriers are used?
Deliveries are carried out by major carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and DPD, depending on your region.
Does Apollo offer shipping protection?
Apollo Ship+ is available for purchase during checkout for additional support regarding delivery-related issues (lost, stolen, or damaged items). Ship+ covers your scooter from warehouse to doorstep and provides expedited resolution and priority support for claims. The cost is approximately 3.5% of cart value.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you entered the wrong address at checkout, Apollo does not cover claims related to orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Ship+ does not cover losses due to customer-initiated address changes or package holds that result in loss or theft.
How are shipping/delivery times calculated?
Shipping dates are estimates based on local product availability, confirmation of order, and any extra information required to ship. All delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to logistics considerations or external delays (such as carrier disruptions).
Delivery periods begin after order confirmation and after Apollo receives necessary info or resources to fulfill the order.
Who is responsible for risk of loss or damage during transit?
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is received physically by you or your designated party. If you arrange your own carrier outside of Apollo's options, risk passes upon delivery to the carrier.
Can orders be delivered in multiple shipments?
Yes, Apollo may deliver orders in multiple lots or pieces when necessary.
Are there any restrictions regarding shipping batteries?
Due to air shipping limitations, batteries cannot be shipped to certain locations (see below for Puerto Rico and other applicable regions).
