What does my shipping status mean?Updated 22 days ago

Shipment Tracking Explained

Tracking your package provides real-time updates on its location and estimated delivery. Here's what each status means:

  1. Label Created/Shipment Information Sent
    • What it means: Apollo has processed your order and sent the shipping details and billing information to the courier.
    • What to expect: The courier has not yet physically received or scanned the package. Once they have possession and it's moving within their network, this status will update. This typically takes about 24 business hours.
  2. Shipped/On the Way/In Transit
    • What it means: The courier has picked up your package and it's now moving through their network. A delivery date has been scheduled.
    • What to expect: Your package can remain in this status until it's out for final delivery. For long-distance shipments, you might not see another scan until it reaches its destination hub.
  3. Out for Delivery
    • What it means: The package has arrived at the local courier facility and has been dispatched with a driver for its final delivery.
    • What to expect: Deliveries to residences are usually made between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (sometimes later), while commercial addresses are delivered by the end of the business day.
  4. Delivered
    • What it means: The courier has successfully delivered your package to its final destination.
    • What to expect: A timestamp of the delivery will be recorded.
  5. Scheduled Delivery is Now Pending
    • What it means: The courier is making every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines can change depending on the nature of the delay and the courier's efforts to resolve it.
    • What to expect: Please continue to check your tracking number on the courier's website for the most current information.
  6. Delivered to an Access Point
    • What it means: If you've arranged for pickup with the courier, this status indicates that your shipment has arrived at an "Access Point" location and is ready for you to collect.
  7. Cancelled
    • What it means: If your tracking status changes from "Label Created" to "Cancelled," Apollo was unable to prepare your order for pickup.
    • What to do: Please submit a support ticket.
  8. Exception
    • What it means: Your shipment is within the courier's network, but an unexpected issue has occurred that may affect the scheduled delivery date.
    • What to expect: The reason for the exception will be detailed in the "Shipment Progress" section of the Tracking Detail page. The status will update with the new delivery date if it changes.
  9. Operational Delay
    1. What it means:These delays occur due to various reasons, such as:
      1. Incorrect recipient address
      2. Incorrect postal code
      3. Missing address information (e.g., apartment number, buzzer code)
      4. Other unforeseen events that impede delivery.
    2. What to do: If the shipping information you provided was inaccurate, please contact our team. We will attempt to update your package information within 1-2 business days.
  10. Weather Delay
    • What it means: These delays are caused by natural events beyond the control of Apollo and its couriers, such as snowstorms, hurricanes, fires, or tornadoes.
    • What to expect: Please allow time for these conditions to improve.

Note

Always refer to the courier's website using your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
