Extend provides optional extended warranty coverage for Apollo Scooters purchased through the US store. Customers can choose 1-year or 2-year plans, which supplement our standard 12-month warranty. Note: Extended warranty cannot be added to Open Box (OB) purchases.
Coverage Details
Extend covers accidental damage from handling (ADH) starting from day one of purchase. In the second year of a 2-year plan, Extend fully takes over the standard 12-month warranty coverage for all eligible components. Extend also covers shipping fees for repairs and provides prepaid labels.
Time Limit to Add Protection: If not purchased at checkout, customers have 30 days from delivery to add Extend protection online.

Pricing Models
Pricing is based on the scooter's purchase price in USD and scales with the plan length (1 or 2 years). Exact costs are detailed in our pricing spreadsheet.

- Lower-priced scooters (e.g., under $1,000): Approximately 5-10% of scooter cost for 1 year
- Mid-range scooters (e.g., $1,000-$2,000): Around $100-$200 for 1 year, $150-$350 for 2 years
- Higher-end models (e.g., over $2,000): $200+ for 1 year, $300+ for 2 years
