We ship to anywhere in the continental USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Orders containing a scooter will ship free of charge.
Barring unexpected shipping delays, shipping generally takes 3-7 business days.

Unfortunately, our delivery options limited to Canada and the continental United States, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Why?
We currently do not have servicing partners in Hawaii. Ensuring a high standard of customer service is a top priority for us, and without local servicing options, we cannot guarantee the level of support we strive for.
Shipping to and from Hawaii incurs significantly higher costs compared to the continental U.S. The expenses can reach upwards of $800, making it impractical for customers to access our servicing centres.
What Does This Mean for Hawaii-based Customers?
If you are located in Hawaii and were considering purchasing an Apollo Scooter, unfortunately we will not be able to fulfill orders for this region. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Here at Apollo, we ship our scooters to Canada and the continental US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Please note, fulfillments do take between 24-72 hours to leave the warehouse, and fulfilment takes place Monday through Friday.
Transit times are generally as follows barring unexpected delays:
Ontario and Quebec: 2-5 business days
Northeastern US A, Maritime Canada: 2-5 business days
Central Canada, Central USA, Southern USA: 2-5 business days
Western Canada, Western USA: 3-6 business days
Please note: we are unable to ship our scooters directly to a PO box due to the large size of the shipment, and are not able to ship our scooters by air due to the lithium ion batteries requirement.
