At Apollo, we want your shopping and delivery experience to be as smooth as your rides. While shipping for scooters is always free, shipping fees may apply for other types of orders or services. This article explains what’s covered under free shipping and when additional costs may apply.
Scooter Purchases
Shipping is free on all new Apollo scooter purchases. There are no additional handling or delivery charges added to your scooter order.
If a delivery attempt is missed and your scooter is returned to our warehouse, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. We encourage you to track your delivery closely and make sure someone is available to receive it on the scheduled date.
Spare Parts, Upgrade Kits, and Accessories
Orders that include spare parts, upgrade kits, or accessories are always subject to shipping fees.
The only exception is if the accessory is bundled with a scooter purchase—in that case, shipping is free.
As with scooter deliveries, if a delivery is missed and the package is returned to our warehouse, reshipping fees may apply.
Repairs and Service
If your scooter requires repair, any shipping to and from our Apollo Repair Hub will be at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise stated under a specific warranty or service plan.
To avoid unnecessary shipping costs, we recommend contacting Apollo Support first to troubleshoot the issue remotely before sending your scooter in for service.
How to Avoid Reshipping Fees
To help ensure your order arrives without delay:
- Verify your shipping address is accurate before checkout.
- Track your order status and delivery updates regularly.
- Arrange for someone to receive the shipment if you won’t be available.
If you anticipate missing your delivery or need to update your address, please let us know right away. We’ll be happy to help re-coordinate your delivery.
