Do you ship to Canada and the USA?

Yes, shipping is available to physical addresses in both Canada and the continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). PO boxes are not eligible for delivery.

Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

Apollo does not ship directly to Hawaii or Alaska at this time. However, selected Apollo scooters may be available through Best Buy USA in certain Hawaii store locations; availability, models, and stock will vary by store, and purchases are made directly through Best Buy.

To check local availability in Hawaii:

  • Visit Best Buy's website and search for Apollo scooters.
  • Use the "Check Stores" or "Pick Up in Store" option to see if a nearby Hawaii location carries Apollo models.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

Apollo does not ship directly to Puerto Rico at this time due to shipping restrictions. However, selected Apollo scooters may be available through Best Buy USA in certain Puerto Rico store locations; availability, models, and stock will vary by store, and purchases are made directly through Best Buy.

Important battery note for Puerto Rico:

  • Due to air-shipping regulations, individual batteries and certain battery-related components cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico.
  • For battery replacement or service options, please contact Apollo Support so the team can review alternate solutions based on your situation.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes! Shipping within Australia is available when orders are placed through the Apollo Australia website. Please note that cross-country shipping is not available — orders placed on the Australian site can only be shipped to addresses within Australia, and orders placed on the Canadian or US site cannot be shipped to Australia.

Do you ship to Europe or the UK?

Delivery options for Europe and the UK are available through selected resellers and partners. For the most up-to-date details:

Can I ship my package to my workplace or an alternate address?

Yes, as long as the delivery address is:

  • A physical address (no PO boxes), and
  • Located in a region currently eligible for Apollo shipping.

Can I re-route a package to a courier facility/access point?

If your order has already shipped:

  • Contact the carrier first to see what rerouting options are available for your shipment.
  • You may also reach out to Apollo Support for guidance.

Please note: changes initiated directly with the carrier by the customer may void Ship+ protection, so proceed with caution and verify implications before confirming any reroute.

Shipping to regions outside Canada/continental USA is typically handled through authorized distributors or partners. If you are outside these regions:
