How to Submit Photos for a Warranty ClaimUpdated 4 hours ago

To help our Warranty Team properly review your claim, we’ll need clear photos of your scooter.

Providing the correct pictures allows us to:

  • Accurately assess the issue

  • Avoid delays in processing your claim

  • Offer the fastest possible resolution

If photos are missing or unclear, we won’t be able to properly review your claim, which may delay the process.


📸 Required Photos

Please submit clear photos of your scooter from the following angles (as shown in the reference images below):

  1. Full scooter – Left side view

  2. Full scooter – Right side view

  3. Front view

  4. Rear view

  5. Top View

  6. Bottom View

  7. Right Handlebar Side

  8. Left Handlebar side

If your issue involves:

  • A strange noise

  • Display errors

  • Throttle or brake problems

  • Power or battery concerns

Please also include a short video clearly showing the issue. Videos help our technicians diagnose problems much more accurately.


📷 Photo Guidelines

For the best results:

  • Make sure the scooter is fully visible

  • Take photos in good lighting

  • Avoid blurry images

  • Do not crop out important parts

  • Ensure the damaged or affected area is clearly visible
