Apollo Amplified is your rewards program that lets you earn AMPs (Apollo's loyalty points) through riding, purchases, and community engagement. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about redeeming your hard-earned AMPs for exclusive rewards.

How to Access Your AMPs Balance

Before you can redeem rewards, you'll need to check your current AMP balance:

On Desktop

1. Go to apolloscooters.co
2. Click the Person icon in the top right corner
3. Log in to your account
4. Select Loyalty Program from your account menu
5. Your AMP balance will be displayed at the top of the page

On Mobile

1. Visit apolloscooters.co on your mobile browser
2. Tap My Account
3. Log in to your account
4. Select Loyalty Program
5. Your current AMP balance appears at the top

How to Redeem Your Rewards

Follow these simple steps to use your AMPs:

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Visit the Apollo Scooters website and sign in to your account using your email and password.

Step 2: Navigate to Loyalty Program

• Desktop: Click the Person icon, then select "Loyalty Program"
• Mobile: Tap "My Account," then select "Loyalty Program"

Step 3: Browse Available Rewards

Scroll down to the section labeled "Ways to Spend Points" to see all available rewards.

Step 4: Check Your Eligibility

The rewards you can redeem will show a REDEEM button if you have enough AMPs. Rewards you don't have enough AMPs for will be grayed out or show the required amount.

Step 5: Click Redeem

When you've decided on a reward, click the REDEEM button next to it. Your AMPs will be deducted from your balance, and you'll receive a discount code.

Step 6: Use Your Discount Code

The discount code will appear on screen and may also be sent to your email. Copy this code and apply it at checkout when making your next purchase.
