Important note about scooter trade-ins with Repair and Run
Due to budget constraints and slower winter sales, our partner Repair and Run has temporarily paused most scooter models they accept for refurbishment and resale. At this time, only select older Apollo scooter models that are not resold (recycling-only units) are eligible for trade-in through Repair and Run. This setup is expected to be reviewed again in the spring, so availability for certain scooter models may change.

How the Trade-In Program Works
Start your trade-in online
- Visit our Trade-In Program page on the Apollo website.
- Select the type of item you want to trade in:
- Apollo scooter (where available)
- Other electronics (phones, tablets, laptops, and more)
Choose your item and its condition
- Pick your exact model from the list.
- Select the condition that best matches your item (for example: excellent, good, fair, or poor).
- You’ll see an instant trade-in offer based on the model and condition you select.
Confirm and send your item
- Review and confirm your offer.
- Choose how to send your item:
- Scooters: available in select cities where our trade-in partner can receive them.
- Electronics: ship your item using the provided instructions.
- Shipping for eligible items is covered by the program.
Inspection and final valuation
- Once your item arrives, a specialist inspects it to confirm its actual condition.
- If the condition matches what you selected, your trade-in value is confirmed.
- If the condition is different, an adjusted offer may be presented. You can choose to accept the new amount or have your item returned (as per the trade-in partner’s policy).
Get your coupon code and save
- After the inspection is complete, you receive a unique, one-time coupon code by email for the final trade-in amount.

What Can I Trade In?
Apollo scooters
Most Apollo scooter models are eligible for trade-in, with value depending on the specific model and its condition.
- Some newer models are refurbished and resold by our partner.
- Certain older models may be accepted for recycling only, with Apollo providing a fixed discount for those scooters through the same trade-in flow.
- During the Repair and Run pause, only older, recycling-only models may appear as eligible in the trade-in options for scooters.

Other electronics
In addition to scooters, you can trade in a wide range of electronics in good, re-sellable condition with original parts, such as:
- Smartphones (including major brands)
- Tablets
- Laptops
- Selected accessories and other devices
Available categories are shown directly in the trade-in interface. If you don’t see your device listed, check back periodically as new models and categories may be added.
Where Is the Program Available?
Scooter trade-ins:
Available only in specific areas covered by our trade-in partner’s scooter services (for example, select Canadian cities). Eligible regions and options (drop-off, pick-up, or other logistics) are shown during the trade-in flow based on your location.
During the current Repair and Run pause, only certain older scooter models used for recycling may be available for trade-in.Electronics trade-ins:
Available across Canada, with shipping and processing handled by our trade-in partners. You will see all available options (shipping, drop-off, etc.) during the online process.
If you are outside Canada, the Apollo x Sellit9 Trade-In Program may not yet be available for your region.
Coupons, Payments, and Fees
How will I receive my trade-in value?
You receive a unique coupon code by email once your item has been inspected and your trade-in value is finalized. This code reflects the full approved value of your trade-in.Where can I use my coupon code?
Your coupon can be used once on apolloscooters.co toward eligible purchases. It is tied to your email address and cannot be transferred to another person.Do I pay any fees for the trade-in?
There are no additional fees charged for a successful trade-in. Shipping, inspection, and processing are covered as part of the program for eligible items and locations.How does the discount work at checkout?

- The value of the code is applied as a discount toward your order total.
- If the purchase total is higher than your coupon value, you simply pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method.
Trade-In Timing and Processing
How long does inspection take?
Once your item is received, inspection and confirmation of your trade-in value typically occur within a few business days.What if the condition is different from what I selected?
If the inspector finds that the condition of your scooter or device is better or worse than originally reported:- Your trade-in value may be adjusted accordingly.
- You will receive a clear explanation of any change and next steps.
- If you do not agree with the new offer, you can decline and follow the options presented by the trade-in partner (for example, having your item returned, where applicable).
