How It Works

1. Visit the Trade-In Page

   • Go to our Trade-In Program page or the direct Sellit9 page for Apollo.

   • Choose your device category: electronics (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.), or select “Scooter Trade-In” (available in select cities).

2. Choose Your Model and Condition

   • Select your scooter/device model.

   • Indicate its condition: excellent, good, fair, or poor.

   • Get an instant trade-in offer based on your selection.

     • Popular Apollo scooters (like Phantom, Pro, Go) show resale values. Older models (Explore, Ghost, etc.) qualify for a fixed $150 discount.

3. Receive Your Coupon Code

   • After submitting your trade-in, you’ll get a unique coupon code by email for your discount amount.

   • Use this code on apolloscooters.co to save on your next order! The discount is applied instantly at checkout.

4. Processing Your Trade-In

   • Scooters: Repair and Run will coordinate pickup, refurbishment, and resale.

   • Electronics: Sellit9 will process the device.

   • Your item’s condition is verified during inspection. If it matches your submission, the process completes. If it differs, you may be charged (only for the difference).

Location & Eligibility

• Scooter Trade-Ins: Available in Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.

• Other Electronics: Available Canada-wide.
