Apollo Amplified is our loyalty rewards program that lets you earn AMPs — Apollo's loyalty points — through purchases, riding, and engaging with the community. Redeem your AMPs for discounts on scooters, accessories, spare parts, and exclusive Apollo merchandise.

Your Membership Tier

Every member starts as an Apollo Rider when they create an account. As you accumulate AMPs, you automatically advance to higher tiers — unlocking better rewards and additional ways to earn along the way.

Tip: You can reach Adventurer status quickly by stacking one-time bonuses alongside a scooter purchase. Sign up for the loyalty program (300 pts), subscribe to the newsletter (400 pts), follow us on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok (175 pts combined), enter your weight (100 pts), and a ~$1,000 purchase gets you the rest of the way there.

How to Access the Loyalty Program

  1. Go to the Apollo website and click the profile icon in the upper-right corner (on mobile, select "My Account").
  2. Log in or create an account.
  3. Select "Loyalty Program" from the account menu to open your dashboard.

From your dashboard you can view your AMP balance, browse available earning activities, and claim rewards.

How to Earn AMPs

Available activities vary by tier. All members have access to core earning actions; Adventurer and Insider members unlock additional riding-based and milestone bonuses.

Important: For social media actions, you must click "Earn Points" from within your Loyalty dashboard — not from the social platform directly. Activities you've already completed will appear grayed out. Actions without an "Earn Points" button are either automatic or already credited.

Earning AMPs by Riding

Adventurer and Insider members earn 1 AMP per mile recorded in the Apollo App. To make sure your rides are tracked correctly, a few things need to be set up first.

Requirements:

  • Your scooter must be App-enabled and connected to the Apollo App during your ride. Non-App-enabled scooters cannot earn riding points.
  • Your Apollo App account must be linked to your Loyalty account (see steps below).
  • Ride tracking must be started manually before each ride, or set to start automatically in the Apollo App settings.
  1. Open the Apollo App and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Select Personal Information.
  3. Tap the Apollo AMPs field.
  4. Select "Yes, merge my account."
  5. Enter your Shopify/store email address.
  6. Retrieve the confirmation code sent to your email and enter it in the app.
  7. A pop-up will confirm your current AMP balance once the accounts are linked.

Note: If you use the same email for both accounts, they may link automatically — but manual linking is often still required.

The Referral Program

Refer a friend and both of you benefit.

  • Your reward: 1,000 AMPs
  • Your friend's reward: A $100 discount code applicable to any scooter

Share your unique referral link via email, WhatsApp, or social media. You don't need to have made a previous purchase to refer someone, but you do need an active account. Your friend must check out using your referral link — referrals cannot be applied after a purchase is completed.

When will my AMPs arrive? Referral points are not instant. They are awarded only after your friend's order has been fulfilled, with an additional 3-day processing delay before they appear in your account.

Rewards Catalogue

Redeem your AMPs for vouchers (discount codes) and function rewards (physical or digital items). Point costs vary by tier — Insider members receive discounted rates on select rewards.

Each reward can only be redeemed once per year. This limit resets annually, and you can redeem as many different rewards per year as your balance allows. Claimed voucher codes expire 30 days after redemption, so apply them before they lapse.

Gift cards: When you redeem an e-gift card reward, you'll receive a coupon code to use at checkout when purchasing the gift card. Once you complete that purchase, the actual gift card will be issued and can be applied to any order on the Apollo site.

How to Redeem a Reward

  1. Log in to your Apollo account and click the profile icon (on mobile, select "My Account").
  2. Select "Loyalty Program" from the account menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Rewards" section. Any reward you have enough AMPs for will show a "Claim Reward" button.
  4. Click "Claim Reward" and confirm the pop-up.
  5. A voucher code will be displayed — copy it to use later, or click "Go to Cart" to continue shopping.
  6. At checkout, paste your code into the discount code field and click Apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I earned points but they aren't showing up in my account. Point timing depends on the activity. Social media points require you to click "Earn Points" from inside your dashboard — following us directly on the platform won't trigger tracking. Referral points only appear after your friend's order is fulfilled. If points are still missing after allowing some time, contact our support team and we can add them manually.

Q: My AMP balance went down. What happened? Your balance decreases when you redeem a reward or cancel an order that previously earned you points. If something looks off, reach out to our support team.

Q: I created my account after I bought my scooter. Can I still get points for the purchase? Our team can add those points manually — ideally accounts are created before purchase, but we've got you covered. Please contact customer support.

Q: I'm riding with the app connected but not earning riding points. Make sure ride tracking is active — either started manually before your ride or set to auto-start in the Apollo App settings. Also confirm your App account is linked to your Loyalty account.

Q: My scooter isn't App-enabled. Can I still earn riding points? Unfortunately, no. Riding AMPs require an App-enabled scooter connected during the ride. You can still earn plenty of points through purchases, referrals, and engagement activities.

Q: I clicked follow on Instagram but my points aren't showing. To earn social follow points, you must click the "Earn Points" button from within your Loyalty dashboard, which redirects you to our social page. Following us directly from Instagram won't be tracked automatically.

Q: How many times can I redeem a reward? Each individual reward can be redeemed once per year. That limit resets annually, so you'll be able to claim any reward again the following year. You can redeem as many different rewards as your balance allows within the same year.

Q: How long do I have to use a claimed reward? Claimed voucher codes expire 30 days after redemption. Make sure to apply your code at checkout before it lapses.

Q: Can I use my AMPs toward merchandise? Yes — AMPs can be applied toward scooters, accessories, upgrades, spare parts, and exclusive Apollo merch.
