Apollo Amplified: Loyalty & Rewards ProgramUpdated an hour ago

Welcome to Apollo Amplified, our ecosystem designed to offer you additional value for riding and engaging with us. Whether you are purchasing a new scooter, referring a friend, or simply logging miles on your daily commute, you can earn AMPs (our loyalty points) to redeem for exclusive discounts and rewards.

Note: This program is currently available for US and Canadian customers only. Services described are not available in Australia at this time.

What are AMPs?

AMPs are the currency of the Apollo Amplified program.

  • 1 Point = 1 AMP.
  • Expiration: AMPs expire after 2 years of inactivity. "Inactivity" is defined as a period where you do not earn or redeem any points.

How to Earn AMPs

There are many ways to build up your AMP balance. Some are one-time actions, while others can be repeated.

One-Time Actions:

  • Create an Account: 1,500 AMPs.
  • Sign up for Email & SMS: 500 AMPs (Must create an account first).
  • Subscribe to YouTube: 200 AMPs.
  • Follow on Instagram:200 AMPs.
    • Note: To earn social media points, you must click "Earn Points" inside your Loyalty Program dashboard to be redirected to the social page,.

Recurring Actions:

  • Buy a Scooter: Earn 1 AMP for every $1 spent.
  • Leave a Review: 2,000 AMPs (Request sent via email; must have an account).
  • Refer a Friend: 5,000 AMPs per successful referral.
  • Ride Your Scooter: 1 AMP per 1 mile ridden.

Earning AMPs by Riding

As of June 2024, you can earn points simply by using your scooter! Users earn 1 AMP per mile recorded.

Important Requirements:

  1. App Connection: Your scooter must be connected to the Apollo App to earn points. If your scooter is not App-enabled, you unfortunately cannot earn points for riding.
  2. Link Your Accounts: You must link your Apollo App account to your Loyalty (Shopify) account. If you use the same email for both, they may link automatically, but manual linking is often required.

How to Link Your App and Loyalty Accounts:

  1. Open the Apollo App and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Select Personal Information.
  3. Tap the Apollo Amps field.
  4. Select "Yes, merge my account."
  5. Enter your Shopify/Store email address.
  6. Retrieve the confirmation code from your email and enter it in the app.
  7. A pop-up will confirm your current AMP balance.

The Referral Program

How it works:You can share your unique referral link via email, WhatsApp, or social media. You do not need to have made a previous purchase to refer someone, but you must have an active account,.

When do I get my points?

Referral points are not immediate. They are awarded only after your friend completes their purchase and the order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, there is a 3-day delay before points appear in your account,,.

Redemption Rules:

  • Any specific reward can only be redeemed once per year. This limit resets annually,.
  • You can redeem as many different rewards in a year as your point balance allows.

How to Redeem Rewards

  1. Log In: Go to the Apollo website. On mobile, select "My Account"; on the web, click the "Person" icon.
  2. Access Loyalty: Once logged in, select "Loyalty program" from the menu.
  3. Choose Reward: Scroll down to "Ways to spend points." If you have enough AMPs, you will see a REDEEM button on the reward.
  4. Confirm: Click the button and confirm the pop-up.
  5. Use Code: You will be given a code. You can copy it for later or click "Apply code" to automatically add it to your cart. You should see the discount applied at checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I created my account after I bought my scooter. Can I still get points for the purchase
A: Ideally, accounts are created before purchase. However, our team can manually add these points for you. Please reach out to customer support.

Q: I know I earned points (like following on Instagram), but they aren't showing up.
A: Make sure you clicked the "Earn Points" button inside the Rewards dashboard to perform the action. If you followed us outside of that link, the system might not track it. For referrals, remember that points only arrive after your friend's order is fulfilled.

Q: Can I use my points for merchandise?
A: Yes! Points can be applied toward scooters, accessories, upgrades, spare parts, and merch.

Q: Why did my point balance go down?
A: Points are deducted if you redeem a reward or if you cancel an order that previously earned you points.

Q: My friend purchased a scooter but I did not send my referral link. Can I receive Amps for their purchase?
A: Unfortunately, not. In order for Apollo to verify and confirm the referral purchase, your friend must checkout using the referral link.

Q: Can I merge two loyalty accounts into one?
