How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please email us with the following details:
Order number
First and last name
Shipping address
Order date
If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, we will confirm the cancellation via email.
For orders placed 48 hours or more ago, our team will reach out to the shipping company to request a cancellation. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful. If we cannot cancel the order in time, you will need to return it according to our Return & Cancellation Policy.
