What should I do if my scooter is stolen?
First, we're sorry to hear your scooter was stolen. We always recommend filing a police report in case your scooter is recovered.
After filing the police report, please contact our team so we can flag your scooter's profile and serial number in our system.
Please note that while we can mark your account to indicate that your scooter is stolen, we do not store serial numbers for scooters that are not app-compatible.
