To avoid issues and protect both parties, follow these steps before transferring your scooter to someone else:

1. Transfer Ownership Properly

• If selling or giving directly to someone:
  Both you and the new owner must email [email protected] with:

  • The scooter’s serial number

  • A clear note confirming the transfer

• If buying second-hand:

The new owner must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number).

2. Share the PIN Securely

• The new owner can request the PIN in the Apollo app

• The original owner gets an email and can approve or decline the request

🔒 PINs won’t be shared for scooters reported as stolen

Following these steps ensures a safe and secure scooter transfer.
