Can I re-route my package to a courier facility/access point?

Unfortunately, not. After 2-3 failed delivery attempts, your package will be held at the nearest facility/access point for pickup before being sent back to the shipper.

Please contact the courier directly to understand your options for pickup. Apollo is not responsible for any return shipping fees if you are unable to be present for delivery/pickup.
