I have used my scooter and I don't want it - can I return it and get a refund?

Unfortunately, as it is mentioned in our Return policy, we do not accept any returns of used scooters due to the depreciation in value a scooter gets once it travels (even if its one mile). Our team really does its absolute best to make this policy clear on our website and invests heavily in content to show you the performance, ride quality and specifications of these scooters through YouTube videos online to help you with your online purchase decision. If you're still looking to resell your scooter, we recommend online marketplaces such as Ebay or Facebook Marketplace (this group may help too ).

Once you book your Test Ride, you will be sent a waiver by email before your appointment. Please be sure to fill it out before.

Our partner will ensure to follow the sanitation and safety regulations. For the test ride, you must be wearing a helmet at all times, there is one available with our partner for your disposition. If you prefer to use yours or want to ensure it fits your size, please ensure to bring it with you to the appointment with you.
