Are upgrade kits eligible for return/exchange?
Yes, upgrade kits can be returned or exchanged, provided they haven't been used or installed on the scooter. If a used or installed accessory is returned, it won't be eligible for return or exchange, and the customer will need to cover the return shipping costs.
