How do I submit an Apollo Warranty+ Claim with Extend?

Here are the steps in the claims process:

Step 1: Start Your Claim

  • Click on "Start a new Claim"

  • Enter your email address or Extend contract ID

Step 2: Complete Claim
You will be asked for a description of the issue

Step 3: Claim Approved
98% of claims are approved in less than 2 minutes!

Once your claim is approved, Extend will send you a pre-paid shipping label

Step 4: Scooter Repaired
Once we receive your scooter at our Apollo Hub Repair Centre, we will complete the repairs and ship the scooter back to you!

You will be updated by email at every step of the claims journey.

Please note that Extend is currently only offered in the US, but we will be launching Extend for Canadian customers soon.
