Here are the steps in the claims process:
Step 1: Start Your Claim with Apollo
Click on "Submit Warranty+ Claim"
You will be asked to enter some information including your order number, a description of the issue, and your contact information
Step 2: Diagnosis
Our specialized technical support team will help you diagnose the issue remotely. We will provide you all the information you need to submit your claim to Extend including the required parts and what repairs need to be completed
Step 3: Submit Claim with Extend
Our Apollo Warranty+ provider is Extend. Once our team helps you diagnose the issue, you will need to have your claim approved by their team so that we can provide the repair free of charge.

Once your claim is approved, Extend will send you the required parts and direct you to your nearest Certified Shop. If you do not live close to a Certified Shop, Extend will create a free shipping label for you to send your scooter in for repair.
Step 4: Scooter Repaired
Please note that Extend is currently only offered in the US, but we will be launching Extend for Canadian customers soon.
