How do I turn P "Park" mode off?

We have received reports of scooters randomly entering "P" (park) mode during use.

The "P" mode can be triggered in two ways:

  1. By turning it on within the Apollo App.

  2. By pressing the "power" button five times consecutively.

We believe users attempt to cycle through the various speed modes, accidentally pressing the "power" button 5 times, which triggers P mode to activate while riding.

To turn park mode off, please follow the steps below:

  1. First, try to unlock it via the Apollo App.

  2. Then try pressing 5 times on the power button to lock/unlock the scooter.

If you lost your password or PIN, please reach out to our A-Team and will be able to resend it
