For customers who received the Apollo Pro Upgrade Kit, below are the answers to some frequently asked questions and instructions on how to install the new folding mechanism.

As part of our commitment to our riders and providing newest technology, we have decided to provide the newest folding mechanism and grip tape to all riders!
 
The latest folding mechanism features:
 

  • Enhanced geometry and design

  • Upgraded bolt (from M8 to M10)

  • Rubber Pads for shock-absorption and vibration

As part of our commitment to safety, we want to ensure that all our riders have the most recent technology. The updated folding mechanism has even more safety features and we recommend you to replace it to ensure the safest ride possible.
 
Even though we stand behind our quality and durability, this does not mean that your scooter can go maintenance-free.
 
Regular maintenance is essential to keep your scooter in optimal riding condition. Even with the most rigorously tested components, it is important to perform regular maintenance
 
Adjust your folding mechanism
Each bump and shake you encounter while riding gradually loosens the screws in your scooter. It's crucial to regularly check and tighten these screws every 50 kilometers, including those in the folding mechanism.
 
Here's what to look out for:
 
Check for any looseness or signs of rubbing or scratching in the folding mechanism. Especially in the areas indicated below:
 

If you've changed address since you received your Apollo Pro, please reach out to us so we can update your shipping information. The Upgrade Kits started shipping on May 20th. You will receive your tracking number via email once your kit has shipped.

If you are not sure you have the experience, skills, and tools to correctly repair your Apollo scooter, DO NOT ATTEMPT THE REPAIR and consult our support team or your local, qualified scooter technician. Any produce failure, defect, and/or damages resulting from unauthorized repairs, maintenance, and/or modification will not by covered by our Limited Warranty and are performed at your own cost and risk.
