Why isn't my promotional/coupon code working?

Several factors may be causing your coupon code not to be accepted. Please review the troubleshooting steps outlined below:

  1. The items eligible for the promotional code have not been added to the cart. Ensure that these items are in your cart before proceeding to checkout.

  1. Mis-spelled promotional code. Please verify that the promotional code is identical, as it will be rejected if not.

  1. Multiple promotional codes cannot be stacked. Please be aware that you can only use one promotional code per order.

  1. Including items not eligible for the code in the order. Please make sure to confirm the specific items that qualify for the code. For example, you cannot use an accessory discount code on spare parts.

  1. The promotional code is no longer valid as it has exceeded its expiration date.

Where to enter promo code

Applying Promotional Code to order:

  1. After choosing "Checkout," you will encounter a page prompting you to enter your information and presenting an "Order Summary”, as shown in the photo below:

  1. To your right, you will find your Order Summary, where you can enter a discount code or Gift Card, as illustrated in the example below:

  1. Once you have applied your discount code, proceed to click "Apply." The system will then automatically deduct the discount from the price within the Order Summary.
