Why is the speed of my Apollo scooter locked at 20km/hour?
The top speed of Apollo Scooters are locked to 20kmh for regulatory reasons.
But it can be changed in the app on iOs and Android!
Follow this step-by-step guide if you are not able to change the top speed in the app:

Switch the units
Try to switch the measurement unit between Km and Miles, a couple of times.

Re-install the app
Re-install the App and repeat step 1

Try with a new phone

Try another OS
If the previous steps don't work work, try with a different OS (Android <----> IOS)
