Why is my package or shipment not moving?
Shipments receive updates at various points in their journeys between pickup and delivery. The frequency of scans may vary and it is not unusual for a shipment that’s on its way to go more than 24 hours without an update, especially during periods of long travel. On average, our packages take 2-7 business days for delivery.
