What if I need to ship my scooter back to you but I don't have the original box?
If you need to ship your scooter back to us for return or repair and you no longer have the original scooter box, reach out to our A-Team. We have some scooter boxes that we can ship to you for a cost.
If you do not package the scooter correctly and it arrives damaged, you will be responsible for any repair costs and the return shipping. The scooter will not be eligible for return or exchange.
