What happens if my scooter is lost in shipping or stolen?

Apollo offers the option to purchase additional Ship+ Service to cover the value of your scooter in transit. If you purchased Ship+ and your scooter is lost in shipping or has been stolen, click the links below to submit a claim!

Without Apollo Ship+, any loss or damage during shipping is at the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to the Apollo Ship+ policies for more information on the details of the policy and how to submit a claim.

If your order is presumed lost by the courier and you did not purchase Apollo Ship+ Service, reach out to our support team. We will do our best to coordinate with the courier in order to recover the scooter. In cases where packages are confirmed to be lost after an investigation by the courier, Apollo will work with the customer to come find a resolution.

Therefore, we strongly encourage you purchase Ship+ to ensure we are able to assist you and provide solutions in these cases.
