What happens if my scooter arrives damaged?

Apollo offers the option to purchase additional Apollo Ship+ Service to cover the value of your scooter in transit. If you purchased Shipping Protection and your scooter has arrived damaged, click the links below to submit a claim!

Without Apollo Ship+, any loss or damage during shipping is at the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to the Apollo Ship+ policies for more information on the details of the policy and how to submit a claim.

If your scooter arrives damaged and you did not purchase Apollo Ship+, Apollo is not responsible for refund/reorder, nor will we be able to assist with filing a claim with the courier on your behalf. Therefore, we strongly encourage you purchase Ship+ to ensure we are able to assist you and provide solutions in these cases.
