Without Apollo Ship+, any loss or damage during shipping is at the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to the Apollo Ship+ policies for more information on the details of the policy and how to submit a claim.
If your scooter arrives damaged and you did not purchase Apollo Ship+, Apollo is not responsible for refund/reorder, nor will we be able to assist with filing a claim with the courier on your behalf. Therefore, we strongly encourage you purchase Ship+ to ensure we are able to assist you and provide solutions in these cases.
Important: Apollo Ship+ DOES NOT apply to orders that are refused upon delivery. Please accept the delivery, take photos of any damages and reach out to [email protected] for immediate assistance! Refusing an order at the door without photos of any damages to the scooter will incur a return shipping fee.
