What Does My Tracking Status Mean?

The courier has received the shipment details and billing information from Apollo. Once the courier has possession of the shipment and moves it within their network, the status will be updated. This takes approx. 24 business hours.

The courier has received/picked up the shipment, it’s moving through their network and it now has a scheduled delivery date. Shipments can stay in this status until it’s out for final delivery. Keep in mind, if shipments are traveling long distances, they likely won’t be scanned again until they reach their destination hub.

The local courier facility has received the shipment and they’ve dispatched it to a driver for its final delivery. Packages are typically delivered between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (occasionally later) to residences, and by close of business for a commercial address.

The courier has delivered the shipment to its final destination, with a timestamp of the delivery recorded.

This means that every effort is being made by the courier to deliver your package as soon as possible. Delivery commitments change based on the type of delay and the couriers effort to mitigate the delay. Please continue to use your tracking number to access the most up-to-date information via the couriers website.

If you have made arrangements with the courier for a pickup, this tracking status means an "Access Point" location has received the shipment and it’s ready to be picked up.

If your tracking status changes from "Label Created" to "Cancelled", this means Apollo was unable to prepare your order for pickup. Please submit a support ticket

The shipment is in the courier network, but there was an unexpected error that may result in a change in the scheduled delivery date. The reason for the exception will be noted in the Shipment Progress section of the Tracking Detail page. When the delivery date changes, the tracking status will show the new date.

Operational delays occur for a variety of reasons; the following are some examples:

  • Incorrect recipient address

  • Incorrect recipient postal code

  • Missing address information (including buzzer code or apartment number)

  • Other events that delay delivery of the package

Please reach out to our team if the shipping information you provided is inaccurate. We will do our best to update your package information within 1-2 business days.

Weather delays include natural events outside of the control of Apollo and the couriers we use such as snow, hurricanes, fires, tornadoes, or storms. Please be patient while this subsides.
