Phantom Scooter Shipping Update: New York City Restrictions
We regret to inform our customers in New York City that, due to specific regulations concerning lithium batteries and the current certification status of our Phantom model, we are currently unable to ship the Phantom Scooter to your area.
The primary reason behind this restriction is the lack of UL certification for the Phantom Scooter. Without this certification, the use of our scooter within the city limits is prohibited. We understand this news may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
