I don't see my Amps (points) in my account!

Depending on the action you carried out, points might take 24-72 business hours to add to your account. If it's a referral for example, they will only show in your account when your friend completes their purchase + 3 business days! In other occasions, the system does not add the points. If you have waited longer than 3 business days, please reach out to our support team using the options. below.

To earn the points, you must click on "earn points" within your Rewards+ account. Head over to your account, find the option of earning points "Follow on IG" or "Follow on YT" and click on it! Be sure to follow us on IG as well.

To ensure a smooth process, it's best to create an account prior to making a purchase.

However, if you've already bought your scooter without an account, don't worry! Our support team can manually add the points for you. Simply contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

There are actions that can reduce the amount of points in your account - when you cancel your order for example. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team using the options below!
