How do I submit an extended warranty claim with XCover?

Before you file a claim, check what documents you need.
Here are the steps in the claims process:
Submit your claim with all the required documents (login required).
XCover Go will let the Apollo team know when your claim is approved and we will work with you to get your scooter repaired or or replaced!
You will be updated by email at every step of the claims journey.
XCover aims to complete 95% of claims within 3 days.
