How do I exchange my scooter?

Exchange Process:

Step 1: Submit Exchange Request

If the scooter is unused and within 14 days of delivery, you can initiate an exchange through our online self-serve portal:

US Return Portal
Canada Return Portal

  • Enter your order number and associated email.

  • Select the item and select "Exchange for another item"

  • Select the new item you would like to exchange for

  • Fill in the Form, attach scooter photos, and accept the disclaimer.

Step 2: Return Your Scooter
You can either choose to drop off in you are located in LA, or ship the item back to Apollo.

If you select Drop-Off, you will be provided with the instructions via email with our warehouse location information.

If you select Shipping, you will be able to purchase a shipping label through our online portal.

Step 3: Scooter Inspection

Once received by our warehouse, the scooter will be inspected for any damage and to make sure that the scooter has not been ridden.

Note: Ridden scooters are not eligible for return or exchange. Damaged items will incur repair costs and return shipping, making them ineligible for return or exchange.

Step 4: Exchange Item Shipped

Once the scooter has been successfully inspected, your new item will be shipped out to your and you will receive new tracking information. If there is any difference in price that is owed back to you, the balance will be credited within 2-5 business days.
