Upon receiving notification from our team that your repair is complete, it is your responsibility to pick up the scooter or pay the return shipping invoice** within 2 weeks**. After this time, you will be charged an additional $25/day storage fee up to a maximum of 30 days.
Our team will provide reminder notifications during this time. If, after 30 days, the invoice has not been paid or the scooter picked up, then the scooter will become the possession of Apollo Scooters.
This policy is in place because our repair centres do not have the space to accomodate storage of repaired scooters.
